This message is to inform our customers of upcoming maintenance on Friday, June 7th from 9p.m. until 1a.m. on June 8th. During this time, we will be performing a core switch upgrade. During this upgrade, there is a possibility for packet loss and loss of connectivity while the routers are moved to the new core network.  Total outage expected for the customer to see is two intervals of 1-2 minutes. 

Customers may open tickets if they experience issues after the maintenance window has cleared. Create a Ticket

 

Update - All operations went smoothly without any unplanned incidents. These metrics were taken from the same trunk of vlans that our customers would have seen going to the internet. As you can see there were no packet loss or response time spikes during these changes.
