This message is to inform our customers of upcoming maintenance on Friday, June 14th from 9p.m. until 9p.m. on June 15th. We will be performing a lifecycle upgrade to one of our storage systems. Customer data will be migrated off prior to the maintenance window during the off hours. During the migration of data, there will be no downtime but access will be restricted on speed for up to one hour each night starting June, 12th at 11pm and continuing till June 13th. There is no foreseen impact on our customer's data or availability of it.
Customers may open tickets if they experience issues after the maintenance window has cleared. Create a Ticket
